 Standard range under constant developmentAlumeco has a wide range of standard profiles from, flat bars, U-profiles, T-profiles, angle profiles, round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes to bulb profiles. The profiles in stock are mainly in alloy EN-AW 6060 T6 and, for larger dimensions, also in alloy EN-AW 6082 T6.
Storage and handlingIt is important that aluminium is handled as little as possible from production to Alumeco stock –and from Alumeco to the customer. Consequently, we have implemented a storage and transport solution ensuring a minimum product handling which guarantee optimal surface quality. The logistics centre is our fully automated rack storage ensuring few lifts.
Alumeco is the aluminium specialist and knows how the materials reacts to different influences. The products are therefore kept in heated halls in order to avoid condensing which might settle on the surface. Furthermore, our aluminium is not stored alongside iron, black steel or other materials which might damage the surface.
The result is a flawless surface suited for anodising or painting.
