Information about REACH

REACH -  EU Legislation for dealing with chemicals (Regulation No. 1907/2006)
 
Thanking you very much for your enquiry concerning REACH and it's consequence to your business with the Alumeco Group, we are pleased to inform you as follows:

• We are not a manufacturer nor an importer of chemical substances being regulated by REACH. According to REACH articles 3.3. and 3.33 our sole role refers to being an “Importer of Articles” or a distributor.
  
• Actually, we are selling products containing chemicals substances, which have to be registred according to REACH articles 7.1-5, however the requirement of registration no longer apply to us, because the substances have already been registred by our European suppliers and importers. Please see article 7.6 in the Regulation.
  
• In accordance with articles 34 and 37 of the Regulation we fully acknowledge our obligations as a distributor.
