For example, you will be assigned one contact who is responsible for your agreements, new projects and collaboration with you and your company. Your account manager will work closely with the sales co-ordinator who takes care of your requirements on a day-to-day basis – for example with regard to order processing, stock availability, follow-up with the manufacturers and subcontractors.
